Random Soccer Betting Novice Question

Currently 5dimes has PSG -.5 listed at -110 and PSG ML at -106. Are those not the same bets, just juiced differently? I haven't bet a lot of Soccer in the past so just wanted to make sure I wasn't missing anything, but wouldn't the -.5 be a sucker bet in this situation?

i have them at a pk still -275 but yes its the same bet now say it were a pk and it were to be a draw in ft then its a push.. for instance the only wager you could make that would take into account extra time + pk's would be say in this tourny the team to advance when their in the last leg your wagering that team to win whether it be in extra time penalties whatever

yes same picks...sometimes 5dimes has their choices a few pennies different sort of like they do getting -110 juice for hoops but then -105 if you click on reduced
